My instant messaging alerts aren't working anymore.

Most of the instant messaging protocols are often changed a little, resulting in Servers Alive no longer being able to send alerts to/via them. We at Woodstone are trying to keep up with all those changes. When you have such an issue, then please contact support at support@woodstone.nu and clearly explain what version of Servers Alive you're using and what type of instant messaging you're having problems with. Also indicated if it worked before or not.
